uhm, actually, some may require more....they goofed the txt files that tell you
about the quests......the constant (which gives the bp btw) says 3 bars, but it
takes 4....and the penitent (which is the legs <so i've heard>) takes 3 instead
of 2.....so you're looking at more than likely 20+ bars.....definitely if you
get the sacrament ones.....and then the spawn times are outrageous.....
