I suspect for dark elves, going invis is the way to go for doing this,
but for the record, the Qeynos guards are 'warmly' to me, and Moodoro
is indifferent I think. Everyone else in Crow's bar is 'threatening'
so I have to stay out of that place. I had to catch him outside. The
bar faction is 'circleofunseenhands' the thieves guild. Don't know
what Moodoro's faction is. I'm dubious to corruptguards, so it's not
that, either. Maybe qeynosresidents or qeynosmerchants. I don't
know.
