I killed rahotep at level 14 it is a VERY rare spawn but is an easy kill.
The sceptre looks cool but they have taken out its ability which is life
drain, the sceptre is basically almost the same stat wise as a screaming
mace. Its rarity and look however make it an item that sells for quite a
lot.
