Yes it really exists.  And Yes it is equipable by clerics.  Yes you can even<br/>
whack something with it.  No.. you will never ever gain a single skill point<br/>
in 2HS.  You are better off gaining the +wis stats in some other form (ie -<br/>
observer staff, charred guardian shield, paw of oppalla, testament of<br/>
vaneer, etc.)</div>
