I ran a simple test through the eqnumber program I downloaded. I
fed it a 25th level cleric with a base wisdom of 110. I added +5
wisdom and +30 mana and got a total of 655 mana.
I fed it +10 wisdom, and +10 mana and got 660 mana. So the Vanear is
just slightly better. But I'd say since 5 mana is only going to get
you another sense magic spell (heh), I'd say it'd be your personal
preference. At 35th level, the mana difference is 15 points.
