Check out Allakazam's website for the details, but essentially there is a
paladin at the paladin's guild that will take 4 bone chips and in return give
you xp, an item (usually a tattered or patchwork) and coin. He stands
on the left up the second flight of stairs near the doors into the living quarters.
You can easily do this quest a dozen times a pop if the skel ruins are not
camped as there are 5 skel spawn points at the ruins. I did this many times
from lvl 8 to 10.

I will check out the Ruins for sure now. What is this about the Paladin
