At your level, you should be able to afford +6 wis rings, +3 wis
earrings (maybe you meant these, not sure I've heard of +2 wis
earrings). While in Unrest, you can probably score a savant's cap
from the reclusive ghoul magic (+3wis/+3int). You've already got the
BS tunic, so after you get the cap, head to Runnyeye, and help
someone camp for the crown, and try to get a BI medallion. It's a
fairly common drop in this area (+3wis/+3int). Next up, you could
probably afford a silver ruby veil (+4wis/+4str) for around 250pp, or
if you're rich enough, go for the platinum ruby veil. (+7 wis).
