The evil eyes in Beholder drop polished bone bracelets, which are +3
wis/+3 int. You might team up with some fighters that are trying to
get the optic nerves for their crafter armor, and you might get a
PBB or two that way.
Another good bracelet is the ivory bracelet, which is +3 agility, +20
mana. These are highly camped, but can be found on the reanimated
hand in Unrest.
Also, in Beholder, if you don't want a BI medallion, try to get
Labyrinth talisma, which is +3 wisdom, +3 stamina, but is also AC 5,
which makes it pretty nice.
