LOL, PBB's are NOT fairly common drops. I have hunted the evil eyes in beholder quite a lot and still have yet to get one. They are rare drops, but at level 29 they are a fairly easy camp and you still get some bit of xp so it's not that awful. The biggest problem is that , at least on my server, they are usually camped.
