As long as you can avoid the fire elemnentals and the fire imps and the goblins, you will be fine. Everything else there is Non-agro... Fire elementals, Imps, and goblins will attack you though.
The goblins are probably level 10-12 and the Imps and Elementals are around level 14-16
(these are approx levels.. i don't know exactly) and those 3 things will attack just about anyone
who is not fairly high in level.
