The Oasis, just across the zone from the 3rd Dervish camp in N Ro. Orc
Warriors wander over the ridge, or can be pulled. In a good group, you can
go from level 15 to 20 there.

Crushbone. With a full group, you can take out lots of Legionnaires,
oracles, emissaries and whatnot, and...Oh, shjt, it's DVinn! Ruuuuuunnnnnnn!

I thought Befallen would be good, but I found 15 to 16 was a little high for
the 2nd level, and a little low for the 3rd level. Oh, well I'll be back at
20 or so to do the third level.
