At lvl 12-13-14 I was regularly soloing Jack-o-Lantern's, Tormented Dead,
and Ghouls in Unrest. The key to this is to get them at the maximum
distance. I'd hit auto attack so that it was going when they go there, cast
Ward/Expulse Undead and as they ran towards me, I'd start my 2nd casting of
it. Usually the 2nd casting would hit. By the time they made it to me they
were at least 1/3 to 1/2 dead and I'd finish them by beating on them and
casting spells as I could. At lvl 13 even if I got hit I regained
concentration 7 out of 10 times and got the spell off. And before you ask,
I was and am wearing full banded and wielding a hammer of wrath, with a
Shiny Brass Shield in the other hand.
