I'm not sure but Lake Rathe at nites should be really good for you and your
monk friend, and maybe you can try to kill elephants at daytime in south
karana. The loot should be good enough at nites and RTS spawns at least once
in a daytime but I've seen 3 in a row one day there. I don't suggest you
to go to unrest until you're 21 or 22. So just stay at Lake Rathe kill the
skeletons and DB skeletons until lvl 20 or so.
