In my experience I would say choose a race that can wear small armor! I play
a human cleric on Rallos Zek now and got really disappointed when I see all
of these High Elves running around in full bronze while I still wore a
patchwork tunic till level 19 when my friend finally made me some banded.
That is my issue with the human cleric. Go High Elf or Erudite would be kewl
too.
