Okay heres the thing about Fear and FOL they both work on PC's
and work great. When someone is feared they walk away more or less in a
straight line until it wears off. (usaully only use this to get a heal in or
run to another Loc to confuse the opponent) and blinding tehm is great to
but with blind you will need to go up from behind them and melee soi they
can't hit you but you can hit them(If wizzys cant see their spell icons they
cant use them:) Their duration depends on your lvl and teh NPC's magic
resistance. FOL is good on NPC's when you blind them though back up cause if
you stand in the same place they will still hit you however if you back up
tehn they will (all i have ever seen them do) run away same as fear but they
cant see where they are running. Any more questions:)
