If anyone is interested,
http://everquest.gamestats.com/ has an
absolutely incredible quest section, and the shining star of light
quest is detailed under the Qeynos section. And while the quest
itself does sound relatively easy, it involves a fair bit of travel
and work. So if anyone is interested in doing this quest, and don't
care about spoilers, check this out. It's liable to save you a lot
of time.
