Eyepatch - Found in Mistmoore off of Imp in Grave Yard
Blackened Iron Med - Found in Runneye
Runed circlet - Found in Everfrost
Observer Staff - Gnome Quest, peice for staff is in Runneye off

Gem Sceptre - (I aint tellin till I get one. :) ).

Gldn Blck Pearl Chkr - (jeweler made)
Polished Bone Brclts - Evil eye in the zone off of Runneye
Thats some of them, there are other jeweler made items you can get,
(earrings rings etc).
