If you bind someone, then I can only assume that they can not bind
themselves, and that will become their home point until they get
someone else to bind them to a new location. You can bind yourself
anywhere, but you can only bind other people in a city (with greater
faydark being an exception since it has an open city - kelethin)
When you gate, you will go to your own bind point. So if you bind
yourself to freeport, when you gate, you will go to freeport. You
can never unbind yourself - you must always be bound somewhere. And
in a sense, yes, if you bind someone, they are bound there forever -
until someone binds them some place else.

Hope this helps

Ergo, 13th level high elf cleric of Tunare - on Test
(counting the bars 'til I get bind myself!)
