Well i talked to GM Caphys and hes the head GM on Veeshan as i understand it and he told me to wait while he talked to the DV team, and when he came back he said that it is not cap on it. It the same as outher trade skills.

Well he could be wrong i have seen the Gm�s and DV team being wrong before
