Well, I posted earlier that there's a GNOME who sell gems at the INN in
Rathe Mtn. He's in the same building w/ the dwarf that give out the
Dragonscale quest. Anyway, If you hail him, he said he can "REPAIR" jewelry
and "CUT" stones for different type. I tried different response but didn't
get anything out of him. YOu guys may have better luck. I'm thinking he'll
cut diamonds for you.
