No, I disagree with this. The Pie Tins have been there everytime I
have checked, and I can buy infinite numbers of them. When a player
sells to a vendor the vendor can only sell as many as the player gave.
Also, during clean-up, the tins do not get erased with all the rusty
equipment sold.

They *DO* sell pie tins, sir. I have made sure to go back many times
to rehash the theory.
