Heh - of course this arguement could be fruitless is the cap has already
been removed. Actually I'm surprised that more gnomes haven't commented
about which cap is real.

How about everyone on the list whose OVER lvl 16 and has practiced
tinkering send a quick note and state what your current skill in tinkering
is?

For me - I'm lvl 27 and my skill is currently 65 (which incidently means
that the cap has been removed or the [(lvl-15)*5] formula is incorrect.
The other cap formula suggests my limit is 122. Unfortunately I do not
have enough cash to prove or disprove that number). However I'm not sure
if it's "capped" at 65 - I just happened to stop at that level. This
weekend I plan on practicing a lot more to see how far I can raise it.
