released, I was unable to train any skill points into him either.  I <br/>
eventually killed him for being forever bugged  &#39; always getting nocked under <br/>
the world I thought I could not put a point into tinker.  When I created a <br/>
new char... at lvl 16 I was able to put a poiint in... you may have missed it <br/>
.. you know how all the spells in akanon can cause you to miss some messages.<br/>
