No differences for me.. I used a tinkered pole and
animated bait (I needed some fish for lungs, and
didn't know you could buy em from the vendor at the
time). The only thing that I did notice, and maybe
it's due to the lake in Ak'Anon specifically, was that
I didn't ever get any daggers or shoes, only scales
and fish.
