hmmm well personally am level 24 right now, and have 200+pp in the bank.
Also note though that I just blew a large portion of it on jewelrcraft
(i.e. three days ago I had 2pp to my name...) so I am climbing back up
the ladder. Trade skills are a wonderful thing.
