you have to finsish the spare lens quest BEFORE you hit lv 12 !!! i got the lens from Zenita and went back to steamfont when i tried to talk to the outhers to get the rest of the lenses the said i was to experienced and shouldnt bother with it!
And when i was doing the quest i asked around alot and i was told that Bidl hade been seen in the mino caves in steamfont nut he spawnes rarley!

I have 1 lens for the quest so if anyone on Veeshan that are lv 11 or under want to team up with me and finnish the quest give me an /tell or send me an e-mail.
