I got my bootstutters pack at lvl 28. It's an easy quest - just time
consuming. I don't think there is a lvl limit on the quest.
BTW I handed in over 40 pieces of scrap metal on Monday to Synfard (sp?)
and I obtained one glow rod (and numerous rusty weapons) but no trash
compactor. As anyone received one recently? In total - I've handed in
way over 100 pieces and have never received the compactor (and only two
glow rods total).
