gnomes of Norrath, tis I Calador again. I appologize for my absence, it
took me a while to track down Ursoo again, he has been very elusive, probably
due in part to the fact that I haven't been on as much lately because of
work. Anyway this weekend, I caught him online, and got the real names of
the parts he found, and got him to agree to bring them to me so I could have a
tinkering friend of mine try his hand at this recipe. Xeus was right about
the gear thing, Ursoo aparently just looked at them and assumed they were simply
gears, in reality, they are Size 6 sprockets. Let me reiterate the parts
we have:
Inferno Shock (Wizzie Spell)
Metal
Twine
Metal
Rod
Gizmo
#6 (may need to be replaced by a gizmo #4)
Large
Lantern
(things get a bit strange on the
rest)
(13 X)
Size 6 sprockets
(5
X) Metal Bits (used in smithing)
(4
X) Ambers
Yes,
the last 3 parts used multiples, and were stacked, which is the only way they
would all fit in a toolbox anyway. This recipe could be tried with
only 1 of each of the last 3 now that we know it uses sprockets and not just
gears, but I figure knowing the way the rest of tinkering works, that the
multiples would be right, to drive prices up for making these. I intend to
get back to Ak'Anon, and find a friendly gnome to help me test this, and the
optional recipe using a Gizmo # 4, but I am in Eastern Karana now, and do not
know when my travels may take me back that way. I hope this is a
viable recipe, and will create something, anything, maybe even something
that will help fill the skill gap between aqualungs, and rebreathers.

i think we need
to get Ursoo to say EXACTLY what he
found- i mean, for examples:
1.
Gears- could be anything that looked like a
gear(maybe he saw it and just
said what it looked
like?)
2. large lantern- coule be a large lantern or
a
flameless lantern(more likely)
3. metal parts- could be any number of
things..ick
So, whoever knows Ursoo do ask him and find out if
this
works on tarew marr, if it is really only active
on the server it was
presented..
