This item can be created by gnomish tinkers. Combine the following items in a <br/>
Toolbox to create the gemcutter. This item will become trivial to make at <br/>
skill 104. <br/>

Diamon Dust <br/>
Standard Bow Cam <br/>
Metal Fastening <br/>
Firewater <br/>
Grease <br/>
<br/>
This is a great tool for all those jewelry makers out there. It will increase <br/>
the quality of gems which in turn will reduce the chance of failure when <br/>
using these &quot;upgraded&quot; gems. All you have to do is pick up a gem, and then <br/>
right click on the gemcutter, you will be returned with a high quality gem.<br/>
