No they make the bow we take that bow and combine the cams bolts and grease
I think and get the new bow. Am going to try and find the gnome mage who
was doing it and ask him what exactly you need. Not sure if it is any bow
or specific one.

Flameless Lanterns? Nothing really. If you're a human and don't have dual
weild, it's good.
as bright as a Lightstone (Not greater) and shows up on your character.
