firewater bottle is wired into a large lantern with the metal<br/>
coil.<br/>

So it seems reasonable to me that the thermal cloak is a <br/>
cloak combined with a belt and a bottle of firewater. Maybe<br/>
some metal rods or coils to conduct the heat generated<br/>
from the firewater.<br/>
