 </span></blockquote>According to the various ranger forums about the quest for the icy etched tunic<br/>
requires the &quot;Skull of Meldrath&quot;, and as this quest is new, he wont have dropped<br/>
it prior to the patch hitting the live servers.. But now that he does its simply<br/>
a matter of hanging out in Steamfont and watching the mid-high level rangers<br/>
swarm him. Shouldn&#39;t take long to prove or disprove the theory that he has the<br/>
book, though its doubtful, unless the original poster (again, I was only<br/>
relaying the message) was from the test server.<br/>
