I saw an analysis of this on the Stratics or the Everlore message board.
Someone translated it to say

Kinda boring, I guess the person could be wrong. :)

The characters are supposed to be transpositions of the character in Tolkien
and Ultima Online (Uses the Tolkin alphabet apparently).
