Before Pixie Strike was broke, I used to fight til about half
hp, then switch to Hymn/Strike to "pause" the battle while I
healed up. It's very frustrating for your opponent as they
stand there perpetually stunned while you're healing up. I
negated a paladin friend's lay hands this way in the Arena.

Now there's a good question. What happens when someone with
haste effects active gets hit by slowdowns?
