  good rolls, the crystalline blade kicks butt.  Then again on<br/>
  a bad roll streak, you could end up fleeing from a green mob.<br/>

  I believe John addressed this in a post, about slow high dmg<br/>
  weapons versus faster lower dmg weapons.<br/>
