Haven't messed with it since it was "FIXED" (snicker, maybe it is, but with
Veran'ts track record recently this brings a smile to my face). I think the
lower level one affects the entire party and the higher one is targetted. I
don't know if the lower level one will strip beneficial buffs as well as
DoTs or disease/poison that may be on party members. If it does I can
definitely understand the upgrade to being targettable (sp?).
