Well, the standard solo power-gamer spot is the aviak guards in
lake rathe. My bard went there from 20-23, real fast. Around 22nd
you can start to hold a 2 spawn island, 23rd I could hold the 3 spawn
tower. I did this with banded armor and instruments so I know
anyone can do it.
