I agree. What better topic for a bard mailing list than a bard guild that seems to be doing very well? It's not like other guilds can't speak up for themselves. But I also agree with James' statement that this mailing list should be for tips, quests, hints, or game tactics, etc. I'll not say another word if no one agrees with me that it's annoying to read and delete 10 "Hello my name is" messages a day. Your character can be well introduced in a fitting thread, but I simply get a headache reading thees and thous and hails in a mailing list--with the message leading nowhere except to announce your character, presence, and server. In game is totally different, I just think it's out of place and consuming too much bandwidth here.
