You right click on it while it is in your inventory. I don't remember if it
HAS to be in your main inventory or if it can be in a container.

You have to go to your guild and train at least 1 point into percussion.
Matter of fact, ANY time you get a new skill (dual-wield, strings, dodge,
etc..) you'll want to do this. And yes, homers KOS.

Well there are plenty of things to hunt in either of the commons zones, but
both hold some potentially lethal creatures (griffons come to mind
immediately). You could also try North Ro. I also found that Kithicor was a
great place to hunt if you go past the wall.
