Yes I've tested it, twice (the second was after someone
claimed to have tested it and gotten contradictory results,
but didn't post his data). IIRC, the results the second
time around were:
Time for cleric to med back one bubble
~100 sec - no songs
~63 sec - playing just Clarity
~63 sec - stop/starting Clarity with each "mind clears" message
~63 sec - playing Clarity + Hymn
~76 sec - playing Clarity + Hymn + Accel
L39 cleric, L40 bard.
