Nope, I'm only 21st. That aside it doesn't even say "You gain experience"
like all the quests that give xp do when you complete them. There is
actually no experience component whatsoever apparently, all you get are
three messages "What about the rest?" and the armor piece.

You could be to high of a level to get good exp I suppose.
