Vhalen Nostrolo is indeed in the Karanas (head south, lad!), and has a tale<br/>
to spin. However, I believe if you try to garner his aid, he will send you<br/>
on other unfinishable errands.<br/>

Have any other bards been able to complete this task? (You don&#39;t need to<br/>
give details, just a yea or nae will do.)<br/>
