Disagree. First, last night my wind skill raised while using Strike, so
it's not a case of chant's drum. I have noticed (subjectively) less
resists when using a flute than when not. Fluting definitely works for
carrilon also, once I used it on a dubious and didn't get my flute
equipped before pulse, and she was only indifferent. Repulsed with flute,
and she was amiable.
