The druid cast a beneficial spell on a player the mob was
fighting. That added the druid to the mob's hate list
regardless of faction.

Your starting faction with the frogs seems to depend on your
race (and possibly diety). Some people start off KOS, some
are just one kill away, some require several kills first.
