Its (level/6)*2 + 2
At level 6 its 4
At level 12 its 6
...
At level 48 its 18

Then add 1 hp you get back normally
If you are sitting add 1 hp
If you are sitting and level 20+ add another 1 hp

So standing level 50s will get 19 back while hymm is playing.
Sitting level 50s will get 21 back while hymm is playing.

I don't know the effect of special instruments.
