2 things.
First you move it just like any other "minimized" window, Left click
and hold at the top.
Second, if you put the bag in the upper right (#2 position) Hot Key,
when you click on it it will open more toward the center of the screen
than if you put it in any other hot key, allowing you to see most of the
message screen and not covering spell buttons.
