I think that Str is very important for a wood-elf.
You need a str of at least 90 to wear plate and some items. Str also will
help you carry loot so you do not need to make a lot of frequent stop to
sell. But Str of 90 is the highest I would go. there are some debate that
Char is more imp. than agi. for a bard. I am not sure about this.

So is a Wood Elf the best race for a Bard? I have heard that strength is
important for certain types of armor? Is this not that big of deal?
