My water crystal staff didn't proc once for me in Mistmoore, though I used
it only about 50% of the time there. (Trying to improve that 1hb still) :-)
However, a warrior in my group with a PGT was definitely procing pretty
often, and in retrospect, maybe more often than normal, so I'm sure it's
working well for the other classes
It was suggested that our songs may be preventing items from procing, but
we've receive a report to the contrary of that.
