Stats are all personal preference, but definitely look plan ahead.
I pumped up STR because I knew i would eventually wear plate, I pumped up
Dex because it's a good stat for melee (and half-elves are pretty dextrous
already), and I pumped up Charisma because of all stats I think it is THE
prime requisite for bards (not to mention purchasing power, and i like the
idea that it may help make yer songs better).
If you aren't planning on wearing plate like some ppl on the list, I
wouldn't worry a whole lot about STR, but I think adding STR is a good idea.
I tried on a suit of bronze for the first time last night. I have a natural
STR of 88. The suit was missing a few of the smaller pieces (mask, and
belt). Well I had nothing on me except my sword, instruments, food/water,
and a few backpacks and I was about 13 pounds overweight. Medium bronze is
damn heavy. The only way i could run full speed was to play a strength song.
Hopefully they will implement the STR jewelry in the next patch so I can get
a much needed boost for when i wear full plate. Damn the AC is nice though.
Of the three races, wood elves are physically weakest, but the most agile. I
believe humans are the strongest, and half elves are most dextrous.
