If there are 100 spots and the named mob can appear in any one of them it
would take them forever to wait out at one spot of five mobs. especially if
he can't spawn if he's already alive and you aren't sure he isn't already
somewhere else in the dungeon.

Ok, so that'll force people to move around if they want to get
all 8 items. Gotcha. Still, I can see people camping one
spot until they get an item, moving on to the next until they
get that item, etc. I don't think they'll systematically
clear as they sweep through the dungeon.
